If you, as a business owner, are looking for a site on which to locate your business then it would be well worth it to give serious consideration to locating in the Village of Denmark. The Village of Denmark has seen some substantial growth in the past few years and the future looks even more promising.

The Village of Denmark has a trade area population of approximately 8,500 which is continuing to grow; in fact, the trade area population of the Village of Denmark is growing at a faster rate than is the State of Wisconsin. The Village has and will seriously consider an array of assistance packages to those businesses interested in locating within the Village such as Industrial Revenue Bonds (IRB's), development agreements, grants, etc. The Village provides police services, fire department/rescue squad, snow removal, parks, recreational areas, nature trails, a public library (located in the Denmark High School at 450 N. Wall Street), the Denmark Area Historical Society currently maintains a museum in the basement of the BMO Harris Bank which is open to the general public during normal bank hours and by appointment, post office and exceptional elementary, middle and high schools. The Village also has its own wastewater treatment plant facility and water system.

The Norse Business Park consists of 33.35 acres in the southwestern part of the Village is directly east of I-43 and has street/road access to Bohemia Drive/Hager Road to the north and Schleis Road to the east. Sewer, water and utilities are available at the site.

Other Sites

Viking Business Park: located in the western portion of the Village, thirty (30) acres of land which is privately owned. Both sewer and water are available at the curb. This property is highly visible along I-43 and is located on Green Bay Road and Copenhagen Road. One (1) of the last interchanges available for development in Brown County. Natural gas and electricity available at site. Could sell land and new construction as a package.

Within the Denmark trade area approximately forty four (44) percent of the adult population have continued their education beyond high school. Given the Village's geographic location, the Village is able to draw on a talented labor pool with a keen work ethic from Oshkosh, the Fox Cities, Manitowoc and Green Bay. This represents a great advantage to a business considering the Village of Denmark to be able to double or triple the amount of qualified people that they can draw their employees from.
